Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed teachers, friends and family and fellow students, a humble Namaskar to you all.
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude and overwhelming excitement. The CSEC Examinations were not easy mountains to climb, yet we made it. I would like to express special thanks to our amazing teachers who guided us through our difficult times, and stood by us no matter the situation to see us attain our best. Your dedication, patience, and eccentric teaching methods kept us engaged and inspired to keep learning. And to my family and friends – your unwavering support and belief pushed me to excel beyond my own expectations.
As for the future, I am both thrilled and honoured to announce that I will be furthering my studies at Saraswati Vidya Niketan with their Sixth Form (CAPE) Program after which I will pursue a Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Guyana.
Thank you, everyone, for being a part of this incredible journey. To my fellow engineers, scientists, artists, and everything in between – may our journeys never have a dull moment! Let’s keep aiming high, dreaming big, and most importantly, never forget the friendships we’ve formed.

I wish to express how incredibly grateful and elated I am regarding the outstanding CSEC performance of both myself and my fellow SVN students in 2023. These exams were undoubtedly challenging, but our dedication paid off as we upheld SVN’s legacy. I must acknowledge our incredible teachers. Your guidance, unique teaching methods, and unwavering support have shaped us into who we are today. Your teachings, advice, and even the occasional scolding pushed us to excel, and for that, we are forever grateful. To my fellow students, you’ve been an amazing group, and I’ve learned so much from each of you. Thank you all for your support. To my family, your unwavering faith and support mean the world to me.
As for my future, I’m excited to continue my education at Saraswati Vidya Niketan, pursuing the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE). Ultimately, I aspire to become a commercial airline pilot.
This is not the end but a new beginning. Let’s choose our own paths, aiming for success. Thank you all!
